How this is calculated
- monthly revenue = beds × avg rent × occupancy + other income
- RevPAB = monthly revenue ÷ beds
- annual = monthly × 12
- margin = (monthly revenue − costs) ÷ monthly revenue
- break-even occupancy = (costs − other income) ÷ (beds × avg rent)
